Contact us within 48 hours of your purchase at support@studyrift.com with your order reference number, document title, reason for refund, and any screenshots.

Digital Products Policy

All documents on Studyrift are digital products. Once downloaded or accessed, refunds are only issued if one of the conditions above applies.

Seller Payouts

If a refund is issued for a document you sold, the corresponding amount will be deducted from your seller earnings. Ensure your documents accurately match their descriptions.
